From my perspective: This is what makes a social media manager look bad. 

A real one:

1. Makes a company - thus it´s employees- more social.
2. Listens first.
3. Generates relevant content next.

Bragging about 'Six-Figure Income!' make us social media professionals look like a bunch of clowns.
